How to submit an entry

​

  • Email submissions to PlainsWalkerLLC@gmail.com

  • Include one (1) high quality photo of your entry

  • Include your contact information: Name, phone number, & mailing address

  • Include a short title for your entry (i.e. Gourd-geous, The Death Star Pumpkin, The Sunflower Pumpkin, etc.)

  • Tell your friends and family to vote for their favorite entry!

How it Works

What to Expect

​

  • Create an entry adhering to the rules and conditions of the contest

  • Voluntarily submit your entry following the "How to submit an entry" directions

  • Once received, entries will appear in and be eligible to receive votes in the "Vote Now" section of this webpage

  • During the voting period, participants may submit a vote for their favorite entry using this webpage

  • At the conclusion of the voting period, the entry with the most votes wins the title of Pumpkin Master 2025

Contest Rules and Conditions

​

  • The main part of the entry must be a real, tangible pumpkin.

  • Paper, foam, 3D printed, and/or artificial pumpkins are prohibited

  • Editing, altering, or digitally enhancing (i.e. "photoshoped") of entry photo is prohibited.

  • Entries must be the contestant's original work.  Pre-purchased and/or pre-decorated pumpkins are not allowed. 

  • Pumpkins may be carved or uncarved

  • Entries must be child friendly and family appropriate

  • Entries containing political statements or statements deemed offensive will be refused

  • To provide for fair voting, please do NOT display your name or address in your entry photo

  • Entries must be submitted by the posted deadline.

  • One entry per person

  • One vote per person

  • Participation is free of charge

  • PlainsWalker LLC reserves the right, at their sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, or modify the contest and the rules at any time. By participating, the entrant agrees to abide by the official rules and conditions and acknowledges that the decisions of the organizer(s) are final.

  • Ownership and Use of Submissions:
    By submitting a photo to the pumpkin decorating contest, you acknowledge and agree that you are the original artist and own all rights to the image.

  • License Grant: You grant PlainsWalker LLC and its affiliates a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, and create derivative works from your submitted photo, in any media, for any and all lawful purposes, including but not limited to, promotion and commercial advertising. 

  • Release of Claims: You waive any right to royalties or other compensation related to the use of your photograph and release PlainsWalker LLC from all claims, demands, and liabilities related to its use. You also acknowledge that PlainsWalker LLC is under no obligation to use your photo for any purpose.
